THIS IS A BEGINNER LEVEL CLASS - PERFECT FOR OVER FIFTY OR DECONDITIONED ADULTS, but we also welcome any level yoga to join us.
Yoga poses combined with core movement and breathing techniques will help you relax and reduce stress, imporve your posture and strengthen your core. Let's create a HEALTHY body and mind together. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, but mats and props ar provided. Instructor is a registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (RYT 200).
