The Duncan Lake Middle School weight room will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Adult Residents of Caledonia who wish to workout. ."Use of this room is at your own risk". An emergency form must be completed at your first visit. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN and BRING CLEAN SHOES. Free for ages over 55 (donations accepted) Under age 55 - $2 per visit.
