Kettlebell AMPD is a fitness format that takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves and combines them into 30 minutes of calorie-torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective body workout. This is a great strength workout that also pairs well with the POUND class that is offered on Wednesday nights!
You will need to bring your own kettlebell to class. Suggested weight for women is 5-10 lbs and for men is 10-15 lbs. DO NOT EXCEED 15 POUNDS. A yoga mat and water bottle are recommended.
