Chair Yoga - FREE Chair Yoga class! Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using the chair for balance. Appropriate for all abilities and beginners. Dress comfortably in clothes you can move in.
Matters of Balance - FREE Matters of Balance class! A workshop designed to reduce the fear of falling. This workshop will help older adults: view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, exercise to increase strength and balance, and communicate concerns and needs.
Classes are organized by Yoga Zen and offered for FREE to participants through a grant awarded to the yoga studio from the Michigan Fitness Association.
