Who says working out can't be fun? WERQ® is a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on top charting pop, rock and hip hop music taught by a Certified Fitness Professional (Kim Frejeris). WERQ is for all fitness levels, everybody and every body!!! No previous dance experience needed!  Join us and have fun getting fit! Our instructor, Kim, is an energetic fitness instructor with a passion for inspiring and motivating others to get fit mentally and physically.
