Each class will blend breath awareness, mindful movement and moments of stills to cultivate a deeper embodied experience. Individuals will move with curiosity and compassion while giving the nervous system the ability to unwind and connect to a natural rhythm.
The class instructor is a Trauma Informed RYT and a compassionate teacher who focuses on connecting and community. Providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to listen to their body and honor where they are in each breath.
